- Word Cytology: The ideas for my paintings come from my interest in looking at words and cells as tools, structural units, and as expressive dynamo. I use the classical Greek language and combine it with a study on human cells. The classical Greek language can be seen as a building block from which many other languages are built from; including the language of the west English. In the same way, cells are also structural units; they are building blocks; the central units of all life.

How powerful they are. .
When I think of words and cells I just am amazed at how much power they hold. Words hold a horrific landmark in history. .just look how the words Hitler spoke brought so much evil to the world. Then again look at Gandi and how his words of peace changed the lives of so many people.

Cells hold the power to all life. Amazing little power houses! They are like little mazes that are a mysterium.
I did not realize how beautiful biology can be! Amazing!
